背景资料:

近年来围绕新型太阳电池相关的材料设计、材料制备和器件集成做出了系统的创新性工作:提出了针对多元化合物结构设计的原子基团相似相聚规律、针对功能设计的结构功能区和堆积致密因子的设计思想,制备出了导电性能为目前文献报道最优的新型光电材料,并实现了多元复杂体系可控的低温快速制备,117种新化合物被Pearson's Handbook所收录;发明了铜铟镓硒和铜锌锡硫电池的低成本技术,铜铟镓硒电池集成取得突破,产业化工作获国家863重大项目课题支持;发明了无铟的透明导电石墨烯薄膜制备新方法,并首次应用于铜铟镓硒、碲化镉等薄膜太阳电池。 Adv. Mater., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,Energy Environ. Sci., Adv. Funct. Mater.等学术刊物上发表研究论文200余篇;申请发明专利90余项(含国外20余项);关于新型光电材料微观设计等多篇论文被Chemical Engineering Elsevier授予most cited award荣誉证书、入选欧洲化学的“very important paper”、被德国应用化学"spot highlight"、被英国皇家化学会评选为“hot article”,关于多元复杂体系化学设计的低温快速制备被NPG Asia Materials期刊(Nature亚洲子刊)“Keep it cool”为题专文评论。
